Rida Khaled Hashem Al-Afrangi
A Saudi entrepreneur, Rida founded various companies over the years and sits on the board of directors at several companies as well as cultural, entertainment, and social organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 2023, Rida was appointed Chairman of the board of March Global.
It goes without saying that Rida is one of the pioneers who blazed the pathway for the modern art society in Saudi Arabia with her robust knowledge and experience in the world of art and culture.

Rida received numerous awards for her commendable achievements and extraordinary contribution in both sectors. Rida was born in Lebanon and is a graduate of AUB in Beirut.

Tareq Saad Al-Ghazzawi
An architect and visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years experience, Tareq oversees the group’s strategy, partnerships and business development to ensure impactful continuity of the group’s wide range of activities with the aim for March Global to become the leading service provider in Saudi Arabia by 2030 within its business sectors.

In 1997 Tareq graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, Providence RI, USA.

Mazen Saad Al-Ghazzawi
A certified GIA Gemmologist, Jewelry Designer and entrepreneur, Mazen oversees group’s operations, growth, M&A, and international business developments including Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Retail and more.

Mazen is instrumental in the execution of major international projects. Mazen has over 20 years experience in the field, and is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Providence RI, USA in 1997.

Gary Flom
The Group CEO, Gary, is an influential global leader with extensive experience across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. A decorated U.S. Marine, philanthropist, and board member, he is known for his relentless drive, visionary mindset, and passion for innovation.
Gary has deep expertise in technology implementation and empirical, results-driven solutions that consistently deliver profitable outcomes.
A pioneering advocate of EV and ULEV mobility transformation, he has led major private and government fleets across the U.S. and MENA region toward advanced multi-modal EV and hydrogen platforms supported by full decarbonization roadmaps.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from the University of Maryland, USA.
